Shopping online through Kombi's website was fantastic and easy to navigate. I just would recommend implementing "write a review/rating" feature through e-mail during the delivery process. I am more than happy with my items that I ordered. So much so I am going through individually to their pages on your site to rate and review, but for future convenience, I'd say a feature/weblink through your notification e-mails would be appreciated and get others to rate and bring your community together when they're shopping!
