Terrible mitts peeling and holes
Daughter has worn these mitts twice. They are peeling and have holes in the thumbs! They are very expensive mitts. Customer service has done nothing to replace them. We would like them replaced this winter or at least a call back!
Outer material not durable
I purchased these mitts for my son (age 7, purchased size M) - they fit well and he says they keep his hands warm. Within a week of wearing them, the outer layer is already peeling off in several areas. These mitts are not going to even last one season - I am really disappointed in the quality of the outer layer of these mitts.
